Fee Structure

The fee for the initial office visit (90 minutes) with Dr. Michael König is $ 285.00.

The fee for subsequent follow-up visits (30 minutes) is $ 120.00.

Payment is required when services are received.  Payment may be made by credit card (MASTERCARD; VISA; AMERICAN EXPRESS; DISCOVER), check or cash.

Dr. König charges for the time spent with his patients but not for the use of individual therapeutic modalities.

Office visits that require more time than a standard visit (30 minutes) are charged as follows: $160.00 for 45 minutes; and $200.00 for 60 minutes.

Insurance Coverage/Participation                                

Integrated Wellness N.Y.C. does not participate in insurance plans.  We are considered an out-of-network provider in insurance-industry terminology.  However, upon request, we offer itemized and properly coded receipts for the services rendered which are suitable for submission by the patient to his/her insurance carrier for reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy; Courtesy Calls

We require 24-hour advance notice for the cancellation or change of an existing standard appointment.  For the cancellation or change of the initial office visit we require 48-hour advance notification.

There is a cancellation fee of $ 90.00 for a missed 30 min. appointment; $125.00 for missed 45 min. appointment.

We have an automated patient contact system that sends email and text reminders for upcoming appointments.  If you don’t confirm your appointment digitally, as a courtesy, we contact our patients by telephone the day prior to their scheduled office visit to remind them of their appointment.  Courtesy calls for Monday appointments are made on the preceding Friday.
